Frosted Palms Cocktail 

 

Ingredients

  • Rimmer: Droosh x Rokz Masala Sunrise
  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 0.5 oz cranberry or pomegranate juice
  • 1 tsp simply syup
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves

Directions

1. Prepare the rim

    • Lightly moisten the rim of a chilled coupe or rocks glass.

    • Dip into Masala Sunrise rimmer for a warm, citrus–spice edge.

    • Set the glass aside

2. Build the cocktail

In a shaker, combine:

  • 2 oz white rum

  • 1 oz lime juice

  • 0.5 oz cranberry or pomegranate juice

  • 1 tsp simple syrup

  • 6–8 fresh mint leaves

  • Add ice and shake for 10–12 seconds until chilled and aromatic.

3. Serve

  • Double strain into your rimmed glass (this keeps mint pieces out while keeping the flavor).

4. Garnish

    • Add a fresh mint sprig and pineapple slice.

    • Sprinkle a few pomegranate seeds for color.
