Green Goddess Dressing

Green Goddess Dressing

Green Goddess Dressing With a Droosh Twist

Serena created this dressing as she was prepping a chickpea sandwich and needed a sauce to go with it. Using what she already had in the fridge and pantry, she came up with this sauce so quickly, however, Serena must admit, Baked by Melissa is always her inspo when creating any sort of green goddess dressing so she definitely learned a lot from her viral TikToks. With a few Droosh tweaks, we love this version as the addition of the Chaat Party spice adds a savory and tangy flavor.

SERVINGS: 4 | PREP TIME: 10 MIN | COOK TIME: 5 MIN

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup parsley leaves
  • 1tsp Chaat Party Spice Mix
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 serrano chili
  • Handful of walnuts
  • 1tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 of a small white onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 Lemon or Lime

DIRECTIONS:

  • Wash all fresh ingredients
  • You can leave stems on of fresh herbs
  • Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor
  • If you're having trouble blending add more olive oil and a tiny bit of water to make it easier to blend
  • Store in an air tight container or glass jar
  • This lasts in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, but this is so good we already know it'll be gone within a day
