Papri Chaat

Papri Chaat is a popular and flavorful Indian street food known for its crispy and tangy taste. We love snacking on this at parties or just as a pre-dinner app! This recipe features a medley of crispy papri (fried dough crackers), boiled potatoes, chickpeas, yogurt, and an assortment of chutneys and spices. Topped with fresh coriander, pomegranate and sev (crispy chickpea noodles), Papri Chaat is a burst of textures and flavors that makes it a favorite for even those who aren't familiar with Chaat dishes.
